I. Welcome and Introductions: Meeting started at 1:58 pm
II. Reports
1. Secretary: Minutes have been e-mailed & passed out. Motion made by Charli Chandler to accept the minutes as written, 2nd by Doc Ski, passed
2. Treasurer: $700.53 before the Spoker Run, Motion made by Doc Ski to accept the treasurer report, 2nd by Charli Chandler, passed
III. Old Business1. Central District Spoker Run: we made $1,965.00, paid the winner $500.00, plaques cost us $81.00, most supported chapter plaque cost was: $25.86, $1,358.14 + $250.00 donated back from Charli & Shaggy, $1,608.14, $321.63 to the state, grand $1,286.51, 1986.51 should be in the account for this event.
IV. New Business
1. Spoker Run for 2011
A) Which Chapter will Host? South Piedmont will host next years. April 9th, 2011. Chapters need their starting points in to Gwen by the next state meeting which is in July. Keeping the same ending time 2:00 pm.
2. Beast of the East
A) Did anyone from the Central District go? Raz & Darlene went to this event.
B) What information did you learn? Darlene the classes she went to: Share the Road presentation. AMA: different legislation's that are around. Raz the classes he went to: About your rights. What’s going on in Europe ? Raz will be bringing in his rcpt's tomorrow; he will get reimbursed $75.00 for attending this event.
3. Meeting of the Minds: September 23rd-26th

A) April 17th: 2nd Annual Gaston CBA Old Fashioned Biker Swap Meet & Poker Run: The Gaston CBA Homestead Lodge, Gastonia , NC
B) April 17th & 18th: Randolph County Chapter: Swap Meet: 10 am to 5 pm both days. $5.00 per person. Rider’s in the Country
C) April 24th: Poker Run: Registration starts at 8:30, kickstands up at 9:30: Greensboro National Guard Armory, 110 Franklin Blvd. Greensboro , NC
D) April 24th: Ride for Hospitalized Vets: 10:00 am, Sagebrush Steakhouse, 112 N. Generals Blvd. , Lincolnton , NC
E) April 24th: Iredell County Chapter: 1st year anniversary party
F) April 30th – May 2nd: Eastern District Swap Meet & Bike Games: Wilson County Fairgrounds , 2331 US Hwy 301 South, Wilson , NC
G) May 1st: Alamance Chapter: 9th Wegener’s Ride
H) May 1st: ERC class: Talk to Papa Jim about this class
I) May 2nd: Davidson Chapter: Ride to the wall
J) May 2nd: Alamance Chapter: Rolling Awareness Rally: Breakzone Center leaving at 1:00 pm
K) May 2nd: Cabarrus/Rowan: Shatley Spring Ride
L) May 2nd: 9th Annual Mark “Rat Daddy” Ratliff Memorial Scholarship Run: Registration starts at 11:30 am at Jean’s Place in Havelock , Last Bike Out: 12:30: $15.00 per hand
M) May 8th: Fred Pugliese Memorial Ride: Around 90 miles ride
N) May 8th: Tracy Beck Benefit: Poker Run & BBQ Sale: $15.00 per hand: Registration begins 9:30, Bikes & Cars Out at 11:30, 920 Carrie Ellen Lane , Holden Beach
O) May 8th: Chatham Chapter: Awareness Ride
P) May 14th – 16th: Lincoln County : Rider’s Roost: $8.00 per person + lodging fees
Q) May 15th: Macon County : Poker Run: Starting point: City Restaurant, 1251 East Main Street , Franklin , NC : 10 am- 12:00 noon, Cost: $20.00 per hand Includes Meal
