PLEASE NOTE: The newsletter deadline has changed!

It is recommended that articles and event submission occur at the State meeting. Please give materials to Deb Knox or send via email (preferred). A newsletter will be produced after each State meeting. Newsletter editor will accept submissions up to two weeks after the State meeting however and an email notice will be sent as a reminder to the Chapter officer on record. If you wish to have your email address added as a point of contact, please contact Deb Knox at stateinfo@atmc.net

The newsletter will be posted to the web before it is mailed.

Plan ahead to avoid disappointment!

Membership Services – all new and renewal applications should be sent directly to Membership Services Director, Gail Rumler cbamemberships@nc.rr.com. Be prepared at each State Meeting to clear invoices. Bring your checkbooks!

Proposed Constitution changes should be submitted directly to Charlie Boone fbird54@bellsouth.net

Web-site Changes – suggestions for change, additions or corrections should be submitted to the State Information Director, Deb Knox stateinfo@atmc.net
